Oh, I am a princess and I have the pink birthday cake to prove it!

In other news, I've started Goldilocks. First page is finnished. Goldilocks is looking alot better than Jack, mostly because I know what I'm doing now. I forgot how painstaking inking is. But my lovely, wonderful Dad made me a little mini drawing desk to go on top of my usual desk which has made things alot easier.

I've got a bunch of drawings to scan and colour, so more art posted soon. Might show you all the first Goldilocks page too, but I won't post the whole thing until it's finnished.

Hmmm, sun burn and sandfly bites? Must be summer...

Nothing much. How are you lot?

I'm drawing a lot atm, so hopefuly some of it will make it's way here. It's also spring, and there's sun and everything, but also pollen, so much antihistamines for me. I think I've got my health back under control and I'm finding it much easier to focus on drawing and writing. Yay?

I'm working a new story/project/thing, and once again I've charged ahead with out thinking and now have to slowly figure out how on earth I'm going to do this. Silly me.

From now on I'll try to talk about things that are NOT Jack and the Beanstalk related.

So the text is finnished. Compared to the 30 odd pages of mind numbing detail ink work you'd think that two pages of writing would be easy, but aparently not. I really do hate writing. Lots. Drawing much more fun.

And at last I can say that I've acturly finnished something. Hurray for (rather terrible) self discipline!

Got the last of the inking done yesturday. Scanned and tidyed this evening. Now I just need to acturly write the story. How to illustrait a story in reverse...

Work is going well. I'm enjoying teaching alot more than I thought I would. It's nice to have on a few older kids, I'm not very good at explaining my toughts to young minds. Next term I might have up to four tutored students as well as the school class. Hope I still have time for drawing for myself.

I might have to call my sister so we can drink hot chocolate and watch Heroes together to celebrate.
